about

The potential of where to go within a song is infinite, however each musician has their own unique instinct. I knew after the fever dream of writing Consume Me was over I would want musicians I admired to go back to it and light up different areas of the song they chose.
There were zero guidelines, they were free to dismantle and interpret it however they wanted.

From Jonny (the synth-hero of Teleman)'s head-banging remix of Child (he also directed the music video so likely has nightmares of this song); William Doyle (FKA East India Youth)'s vocal mash-up ridden Blood; GGGGHOST (Steve Hillier of Dubstar)'s house version of Safety; to Lost Horizons (Simon Raymonde)'s dark and shadowy take on Consume Me, I can safely and excitedly say each musician has made each song something of their own!
