The Slow/Quick Reveal deals with the disconnect that can come from mixing virtual and real-life interactions. Helen elaborated on the track:

“(The song) looks at how most people interact nowadays, which is mainly online, and how we think we know someone really well through their virtual presence; the quick reveal. The slow reveal is the more natural, slow process of getting to know someone, which tends to happen less. I really like that weird feeling that can sometimes happen when you meet someone in person for the first time, and you have to pretend that you know very little about them when actually you know loads more.”
